Dining Covers and Overseas Shipments

Hello Game Topper Nation!
Josiah here; time for another quick update. We have been crazy busy with the 3.5 Kickstarter campaign and pledge manager, but rest assured we have not forgotten any of the remaining 3.0 pledges that still need to ship overseas. In fact, part of the whole reason we launched the 3.5 campaign was to give new backers a chance to jump in so we could combine all of the shipments together while we waited for the dining covers to arrive.
Speaking of which....we have received confirmation that the ship is on its wayas of June 20th!!
Current ETA to port is July 22nd, which means we would "should" receive it near the end of July or early August. We are already starting to pack the international pledges so that all we will need to do is add the dining covers once they arrive. This means we will be sending out address confirmation emails within the next couple weeks so we can pack the pledges. (Please note: the confirmation email is a generic template, so any timeline mentioned may be inaccurate.) We are very confident that we will meet our goal to have all international containers shipped in August.
What does that mean forthe delivery timeline to international backers? I'm so glad you asked!
When you account for the container travel time, the week or two it will take the fulfillment centers to ship, and the week or so shipping time to you, that means with the containers leaving our warehouse in August, we hope international backers will start receiving their pledges by late September or early October.
US and Canada Dining Covers
Once we have the international containers on their way, we will be sending out the dining covers to US and Canadian Backers. We hope to begin that process in late August, which means you should receive the product in early September in the US and Late September in Canada.
At that point we will have finished all of the fulfillment for Kickstarter 3.0! While it has taken us longer than we would have liked to ship out all of the products and has been a crazy time for production & shipping we are thrilled to have almost completed yet another campaign. It is always such a pleasure to interact with our backers over the course of a campaign, and we truly would not have been able to do it without all of you!

Dining Cover Update and KS 3.5 specials!

Greetings Game Topper Nation!!!
Our K.S 3.5 is running and we have some really fun Live Q & A sessions. the last one with Joel Eddy. We talk about why we are running the campaign and how that benefit our backers plus talk about a lot of the stretch goals, specials and industry talk with Joel about miniatures and miniature painting.

Excited to announce all Leg kits For Canada and the USA have been shipped.
You should see tracking in Canada in about a week or so. USA many backers getting them now. Lots of folks showing them off in our Facebook Group. Here is the assembly video that is a must watch to make assembly simple.
Dining Covers are in production! I had requested videos of production and have a short video I made showing the manufacturing process and end product. We are hoping that product can be picked up from Factory by the end of the month. We are in contact with shipping as we speak.

We have been working like crazy to make this happen. This will be a very quick fulfillment campaign!
It only runs from May 10th to May 27th featuring the new LEG Kit for the Moriarty and Mycroft (which was not available before) for Delivery Overseas in July and Aug for USA and Canada
We have fulfilled 90 percent of our pledges, but due to the delays on the dining covers,
Overseas orders cannot be shipped until we receive these (they are being cut now and ready for powder coating soon. I'll send more videos as we get them) so we decided to run a mini campaign that would allow our overseas backers to place addition pledges and include these new items and allow more to get in on the package savings! We feel this is a big win without causing any more delay to their orders.
We have also made some really cool packages and stretch goals to reward our existing backers to enjoy savings on items you may have missed or want to now add on. As you know everything has gone up in price and inflation is everywhere! WE have kept some of our Mat bundles the same price and even more special prices during the campaign.
We hope you will join us in helping bring new people into Game Topper Nation and upgrade everyone's gaming experience!!!!

May Leg Kit delivery update & BIG NEWS!

Greetings Game Topper Nation!
It's turning spring finally in MN. Just like the weather things are looking up. We have some BIG NEWS! See bottom of update!
We just finished packaging over 700 leg kits. It was quite a task with all hands on deck.
The shipment pick up for Canada looks like Monday. Some of you will also be getting Cardboard covers for cup holders that were not available on the last shipment. It takes about 2 weeks for the order to arrive at the Fulfillment Center in Toronto, and then they will be shipped to your door. You should then receive a tracking number from Canadian post. All in all, about 2 - 3 weeks to your door.
USA shipment:
We will be starting sending Monday as well. Generally, 3-5 days shipment. We should have them all out by next Wed.
Leg Kit Assembly video coming:
Each leg kit will have a parts list and QRC code to see our install video we made for you for easy install and tips. Please take the time to watch and it will make the install a breeze.
Dining Covers:
They are in production now!!! All details have been approved and packaging requirements met.
I'm hoping to get some production pictures and video next week. If all goes well, these will be ready to ship in 20-25 days and about 30-45 days to get here depending on port availability. We are targeting July/Aug Arrival. This will coincide with shipping all overseas orders! Yay, I can't wait to get these to everyone! Our warehouse is jammed packed.

Big News!
We are doing another Kickstarter! Game Toppers 3.5!
Coming May 10th to May 27th
You might ask why you are still shipping some overseas pledges? Well, that's exactly why we are doing it! As you know from past updates it has been a very challenging process to acquire some items. (We have successfully delivered over 90 percent of all the last campaign with glowing reviews) The cost has gone through the roof on many items including shipping costs. The one big item we were not able to offer on the last campaign was the Leg Kits for the Mycroft. I asked everyone to please bear with us as it was in development. Well, one huuuuuuge silver lining in all these delays is that we have engineered a universal center support bracket that comes in 2 parts, bolts together, and can now accommodate the Watson, Holmes, Moriarty an Mycroft toppers ...and it's even a stronger design than before. We are so thrilled about this innovation.

This new Game Toppers 3.5 Kickstarter will not delay any of the current overseas shipments further as we are only running for 17 days - May 10th to May 27th! The late pledge manager will open before the UK Games Expo June 1st, so overseas backers, current and new can get in on the package deals and add an order for items that were not offered before or just get more stuff.
I will be at the EXPO and we need some booth help. Message me if interested.
The other reason is it keeps the shipping cost down on overseas pledges and it will be a while before we have another shipment there.
Every thing has gone up, gas, groceries, Pit Boss Smokers. (guess how I know that) well, it's same for us. As much as it pains me, we are going to have to increase our prices, but the good news is much of what we are offering on this mini campaign will reward current Game Topper Nation backers with special KS 3.5 pricing on mat bundles, accessory bundlesand even getting an additional package as many have done. It also allows us give everyone a chance to add a pledge to the current overseas shipments. This will be a very quickly fulfilled campaign as well!!! We feel this is a win for everyone!
Ournext Game Toppers 4.0 KS is scheduled for next year in April. We are super excited about 6 new mat styles, new accessories, new limited edition toppers, and some top secrets stuff, but it will be a long wait till we send another containers overseas, so now is the time! It will be a very limited window to take advantage of Game Toppers 3.5.
